With savings of up to 90% isn’t it time to question how much it costs to run and maintain the lighting for your business?

Our Programme Explained…

Our SURVEY – DESIGN – SUPPLY – INSTALL programme is an eco-lighting scheme for businesses and organisations looking to reduce their energy bills and also help the environment. Its aim is to help organisations make massive reductions on their energy bills by replacing traditional lighting sources – such as incandescent and halogen lamps – with energy-efficient LED lighting. Through the scheme, we’ll help you with product procurement and advice, bespoke funding options and installation – basically everything you need to switch to LED. Most importantly, we aim to ensure that you don’t have to spend a penny. How? Well, through bespoke financial packages and funding, you can offset the payments you make for the LED lighting and installation through the massive energy savings you make. In short – the longer you leave it, the more it costs.

How It Works……

1. Firstly, we’ll arrange a no obligation survey of your current lighting, which is also completely free.

2. We’ll then evaluate your requirements and see what lighting installations you need.

3. If you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll then present you with financing options best suited to your needs via trusted financers.

4. Finally, we’ll book the installation of your new LED lights.

Tax Relief

LED lighting is part of the Energy Technology List meaning that, after installing LED Lighting, companies can claim an Enhanced Capital Allowance (ECA).

The ECA scheme means that a business can invest in energy-saving plant or machinery that might otherwise be too expensive.

The first year allowances let businesses set 100% of the cost of the assets against taxable profits in a single tax year. This means the company can write off the cost of the new plant or machinery against the business’s taxable profits in the financial year the purchase was made.

An ECA is claimed through a business’s income or corporation tax return in the same way as any other capital allowance. HM Revenue and Customs are responsible for the tax-related aspects of the ECA scheme.

We will automatically check and let you know if your business is eligible for these or any other Grants available at the time you register your interest.
